Founding owners, husband and wife team Bill and Kathleen Herren, started out as ordinary customers, looking to upgrade their own home with replacement windows and patio doors.
With a two-story house full of aluminum windows, Bill and Kathleen were constantly battling the drastic temperature difference between upstairs and downstairs. Also, with a new baby boy in the house, they were concerned about a draft near his crib.
Seeking an energy-saving solution, they began to learn about the benefits of all types of windows that reduce noise and energy costs, for a more secure home.
